All participants will be staying at Les Houches School of Physics. The
costs of accommodation (individual bedrooms in "chalets") and meals
during the school is
375 euros (total) to be paid at the check-in in Les Houches. The costs
include meals+accommodations from dinner (7pm) on Sunday 20th night to
Friday 25th after lunch. Drinks are not included and should be paid by the participant.
There is no registration fee.
The participants are expected to cover their own travel expenses.

Participants who have to pay their accommodations at Les Houches can do upon arrival in the following forms:
- Credit card (except American Express)
- Cash (in Euro)
- Check in euros payable to a French bank
- Traveller checks in Euros

Participants
who were granted with financial aid from us will have the costs of
accommodation and meals (drinks not included) in Les Houches covered by our funding. We are
going to pay these costs directly to the Les Houches School of Physics.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is possible until 4 April 2014.
